Appetizer Tasting

Customer Agreement:                                                          

• A guaranteed guest count is required in 1 week in advance. If fewer guests show up, you still have to pay based on the guaranteed guest count.  If more guests show up, you have to pay for the extra guests.  

• The duration of the party is for 3 hours.  Additional hour of service will incur additional 10% of the total per each ½ hour for maximum of 2 hours.

• We reserve the right to serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner and may, at our discretion, decide to stop serving alcoholic beverages to any individuals.

  8.875% sales tax and 18% gratuity is not included.

• There will be a minimum deposit of $200 for all private parties and possibly more depending on the size and the option chosen for the party.  NO CASH REFUNDS, REFUNDS WILL BE IN GIFT CHECK ON ANY DEPOSITS

  Reservation is not confirmed until this form is submitted and deposit is received.
